Coating and Jacketing Polyform has the capability to perform crosshead extrusions.  This allows us to coat plastic over steel cable, jacket multiple tubes or wires, combinations of these two processes, and other variations.  One of the many applications for this process has been to make post tentioning cable for hydroelectric dam construction.
Bending One of Polyform's secondary capabilities is bending.  This example shows an athletic fitness hurdle used by professional athletes for precision training exercises.	Co-extrustion A windshield ice-scraper/squeegee.  This is a simple example of co-extrusion.  A transparent rigid waved piece is affixed to a flexible blade.

A die cut with a Wire EDM, designed by Polyform's Engineering department using CAD.	This show's one of the plant's secondary operation capabilities. Here a simple orange extrusion has gone through a belling process, bringing about it's recognizable road post shape.	A spiral wrap, extruded as a simple tube, and spiral cut afterwards.	Here is an example of two extrusions fitted together after production.

This is an example of an in-line punching process. Just another example of the abilities at Polyform.		These two co-extruded parts, are an example of Polyform's ability to combine extrusions, and even add other materials such as metal and paper to an extruded part.
